Eligible for Full Refund
- Service was not provided as scheduled
- Quality of service did not meet our standards
- Cancellation made 24+ hours before scheduled service
- Service cancelled by QuickWash due to circumstances beyond control
Partial Refund
- Cancellation made 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
- Service partially completed due to circumstances
- Minor quality issues that can't be immediately resolved
No Refund
- Cancellation made less than 12 hours before service
- Service completed to satisfaction
- Customer not available at scheduled time and location
- Customer provided incorrect information
Refund Process
- Request refunds within 7 days of service
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Email confirmation sent when refund is processed
