Service Agreement
- You must provide accurate vehicle and location information
- Service times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances
- You must ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
- Payment must be completed as per the selected payment method
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before service: Full refund
- Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours: No refund
- We reserve the right to cancel service due to weather or safety concerns
Liability
- We take care to protect your vehicle during service
- Pre-existing damage should be reported before service
- We are not liable for items left in vehicles
- Insurance coverage is provided for service-related damage
User Conduct
- Treat our staff with respect
- Provide safe and legal access to your vehicle
- Do not misuse or abuse the service
- Comply with all applicable laws
